- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Drain Ro-Tel.

2Use juice with water to cook rice.

3Brown meat, then drain off fat.

4Cook Ro-Tel and tomato sauce in ground beef. Add 1 cup cheese and simmer until cheese is melted.

5Mix in rice. Pour into casserole and top with remaining cheese.

6Bake at 350° until cheese is melted on top.
