  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. liquid (milk, half and half or a combination of milk and juice from corn)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly; add flour, sugar and salt and mix well. Add drained corn, then liquid.

    Finally, add melted butter and bake in a casserole at 400° for 40 minutes.
