- 1 pan yellow cornbread (8 x 13-inch, made with 3 c. milk, self-rising cornmeal and 1 egg)
- 1/2 loaf light bread or biscuits
- 1 doz. eggs, boiled and chopped
- 2 onions, chopped and cooked in broth until tender
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick oleo
- chicken, boiled and deboned
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Crumble cornbread and light bread into broth.

2Add all other ingredients.

3If real thick, add more broth.

4Pour into baking pan and bake at 400° for awhile, then turn oven down to 350° to finish cooking.
