  • lemon wedges
  • 4 salmon steaks (3/4-inch thick)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley, chives and dill, mixed
  • 6 (5 oz.) mahi-mahi filets (skinless)
  • 1 c. Pineapple Salsa
  • 1/2 c. blackening spice
