Ingredients

  • 1 envelop Mexican cornbread mix
  • 1 envelope regular cornbread mix
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 pt, Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • couple dashes Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Bake cornbread according to directions. Cool and crumble.

    In large bowl combine cornbread, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, celery, mayonnaise and dash or two of Tabasco sauce.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
