- 1 envelop Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 envelope regular cornbread mix
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 pt, Hellmann's mayonnaise
- couple dashes Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Bake cornbread according to directions. Cool and crumble.

2In large bowl combine cornbread, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, celery, mayonnaise and dash or two of Tabasco sauce.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight.
