Corned Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg. dry egg noodles
  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans milk
  • 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except noodles.

    Mix well.

    Pour over dry noodles and stir lightly. Bake at 375° for 1 hour, covered with foil.

    When done, remove foil and sprinkle cheese over top.
