  • 33 large marshmallows
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp. any color food coloring
  • 4 c. cornflakes

Directions

    Melt marshmallows and butter in top of double boiler over low heat.

    Mix in flavorings and food coloring.
  3. 3
    Add cornflakes and stir to gently coat.
  4. 4
    Keep in double boiler and drop by teaspoonful onto wax paper.
