- 1 lb. lump crabmeat (you may substitute special)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- 4 slices white bread with crusts removed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Put crabmeat in a mixing bowl.

3Set aside.

4In a small bowl, place eggs, mayonnaise, dry mustard, Old Bay seasoning and parsley.

5Mix well.

6Scatter bread on top of crabmeat.

7Pour egg mixture over top.

8Gently toss ingredients together.

9Lightly grease a casserole or a deep dish pie plate. Add mixture.

10Bake about 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
