- 12 oz. flaked crabmeat
- 1/3 lb. phyllo
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. cooking sherry
- 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
- butter (to saute)
Directions

1In pan, saute onion and garlic with butter until tender.

2Stir in flour, salt and pepper; cook until blended.

3Gradually add milk; stir constantly until thick and smooth.
