Crabmeat Ring Appetizer

  • 1 c. crabmeat
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. undiluted mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 4 Tbsp. cold water
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Heat mushroom soup, crabmeat and celery.

    Add dissolved gelatin/water mixture and heat!

    Add everything else.

    Pour into well oiled mold (Pam okay).

    Chill; best if made the day ahead. Unmold on lettuce bed or surround with parsley.

    Serve with crackers.
