Cranberry Relish

  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberries
  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes jello (raspberry, cherry)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • pecans (optional)
  • celery, diced (optional)

Directions

    Mix jello and boiling water until dissolved.

    Add can of cranberries and crushed pineapple (with the juice).
  3. 3
    Mix well, place in refrigerator (uncovered) until firm.
  4. 4
    (May add chopped pecans and/or diced celery.)
