Crawfish Maquechow

  • 1 lb. crawfish tails
  • 1 block butter
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper

Directions

    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.

    Add Ro-Tel; cook down. Add corn and cook approximately 20 minutes.

    Be careful not to scorch.

    Add well seasoned tails and cook another 20 to 30 minutes.

    Serve over rice.
