- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- 1 block butter
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
Directions

1Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.

2Add Ro-Tel; cook down. Add corn and cook approximately 20 minutes.

3Be careful not to scorch.

4Add well seasoned tails and cook another 20 to 30 minutes.

5Serve over rice.
