  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. minced dried onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • additional milk (if needed)
  • 8 to 10 peeled potatoes
  • Cheddar cheese

    Cook potatoes with 1 teaspoon of salt until tender.
