- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. minced dried onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- additional milk (if needed)
- 8 to 10 peeled potatoes
- Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook potatoes with 1 teaspoon of salt until tender.

2Drain and mash potatoes.

4Put in 3-quart casserole.
