- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
