- 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
Directions

1In bowl, combine crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar.

2Press on bottom and 1 1/2-inch up sides of an 8 or 9-inch spring-form pan.

3Set aside.

4In bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until creamy.

5Beat in eggs, one at a time.

6Blend in sour cream.

7Spread in prepared pan.

8Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes or until center is set. Turn off oven, leaving door slightly ajar.

9Leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour.

10Remove from oven; cool completely.

11Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.

12Remove sides of pan.

13Top with favorite pie filling such as cherry, blueberry or pineapple.
