- 2 c. buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1In an 8 x 8 dish, melt butter (must be butter).

2Mix in bowl the baking mix, egg and creamed corn.

3Pour mixture over butter; do not mix into butter.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Cool slightly and cut into squares to serve.
