  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Cook sugar, flour and cream until it drops off spoon.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Fold in cooked mixture.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.
