  • 3 cups milk, divided
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 Tbsp. orange zest Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
  • 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

    Bring 1 cup milk, cinnamon stick and zest to boil in saucepan.

    Remove from heat.

    Let stand 5 min.

    Discard cinnamon stick.

    Cool milk mixture 10 min.

    Beat pudding mixes and remaining milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.

    Stir in flavored milk.

    Whisk in sour cream and ground cinnamon until blended.

    Pour into 8 (1/2-cup) ovenproof individual bowls or ramekins.

    Refrigerate 30 min.

    Heat broiler.

    Place bowls or ramekins in 13x9 inch pan; fill pan with ice.

    Sprinkle sugar over dessert, about 1 tsp.

    Broil, 6 inches from heat, 5 to 8 min.

    or until sugar is caramelized, rotating pan after 3 min.
