- 1 lb. fish fillet
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1 can tomato bisque soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt butter and saute celery, onions and peppers.

2Mix soup with water.

3Add to vegetables.

4Stir and heat.

5Pour into 9 x 12-inch greased baking pan.

6Arrange fillets in sauce.

7Sprinkle combined crumbs and cheese over.

8Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
