- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Sift together the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.

2Stir in remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.

3Oil an 8-inch iron skillet and heat.

4Pour in 1/4-cup of batter and tilt skillet until batter is round.

5Let cook until bubbles form.

6Then quickly flip crepe over and let it get only lightly tan.

7Stack with paper toweling until ready to serve.
