- 1 pound pecan halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Beat egg white and water till it is foamy.

2Pour pecans in foam and stir till pecans are coated.

3In another bowl mix sugar, salt and cinnamon.

4Pour which mix into bowl with pecans and stir till coated.

5Spread on greased cookie sheet.

6Bake in 300 degree oven for 45 min, stirring every 15 min.
