  • 1 pound pecan halves
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Beat egg white and water till it is foamy.

    Pour pecans in foam and stir till pecans are coated.

    In another bowl mix sugar, salt and cinnamon.

    Pour which mix into bowl with pecans and stir till coated.

    Spread on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake in 300 degree oven for 45 min, stirring every 15 min.
