Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Pork Tenderloins
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Pressed
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1- 1/2 cup Cilantro, Snipped
  • 1 cup Salsa, Use Any Variety
  • 1/4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 cups Tequila (or Beer Works Too)
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 whole Orange, Juiced
  • 12 whole Flour Tortillas, Warmed, To Serve

Directions

    Place pork in the crockpot.

    Sprinkle with garlic, oil, salt, pepper and cumin.

    Top with cilantro, salsa (I like to use Chi-Chis Original), broth, tequila, green chilies, and orange juice.

    Cover and cook on low for about 68 hours.

    Shred pork with two forks and continue to cook until heated through.

    Serve on a tortilla with shredded cheese, sliced avocado, red onion, tomat , lettuce and fresh cilantro.
