- 1 c. low-fat buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
- 3/4 tsp. fine herbs
Directions

1Dip each breast half in buttermilk mixture and roll in crumbs. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
