  • 1 cup Mango, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Red Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro
  • 8 ounces, weight Black Beans
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

    Chop mango, red bell pepper, red onion and cilantro.

    Combine in a large bowl, add black beans, and pour lime juice and lemon juice over everything.

    Mix well.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or longer to get the maximum flavor.

    Serve with grilled tilapia, salmon or chicken.
