- about 24 medium cucumbers
- 1/2 c. salt
- 8 c. water
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 c. mustard seed (or a little more)
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Wash and slice cucumbers. Combine salt and water. Pour over cukes. Let stand 5 hours; drain and rinse thoroughly.

2Mix remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Pour over cukes. Bring back only to a boil in pan. Pack in hot jars.
