  • 4 chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup diced ginger
  • 2 tbsp Chinese five spice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

    Chop chicken into chunks and put in bag

    Add ginger, five spice and olive oil to bag and let sit in refrigerator

    Add corn starch and cover chunks
  4. 4
    Heat 1/2 oil in wok and throw in chunks in batches about 2 mins a side

    Drain off oil return cooked chunks to wok on high heat

    Add soy to wok and cover chunks stir constantly then add ketchup

    Add stock slowly and turn heat down

    Pour over rice
