- 1 stick margarine
- 1 egg
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 lb. pitted dates, chopped
- coconut
Directions

1Cook margarine with sugar on low heat on stove.

2Add egg and dates, stirring until mixture is thick paste.

3Remove from heat and cool at room temperature.

4Add Rice Krispies.

5When cool enough, roll and shape into balls and roll in coconut.
