- 1 lb. dates
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- Rice Krispies
Directions

1Chop dates and cook in 1 cup water on low heat for 2 hours. Mash dates and add the coconut and stir well.

2Add enough Rice Krispies to make a very stiff mixture.

3Form into walnut size balls and roll in coconut and place on cookie sheet.

4Refrigerate for several hours.

5Store in container.
