  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 12 cups coconut flakes
  • 34 cup pecans, chopped

    Place quick oats in a bowl and pour boiling water over the top.

    Cream butter with sugar and brown sugar.
