- 8 medium peaches, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brandy
- confectioners sugar
- pastry (in 2 parts), thinly rolled
Directions

1Roll pastry to cover sides and bottom of a 3-inch deep quart casserole.

2Put peaches in. Add sugar and brandy.

3Cover with pastry; slash.

4Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; reduce to 350°. Dredge with confectioners sugar and bake 5 minutes more.
