  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tbsp. pickle relish
  • dash paprika

Directions

    Boil eggs quickly covered.

    Let eggs stand in hot water off stove for 15 minutes,

    Then run cold water over the eggs to cool them down.

    Peel the eggs and cut lengthwise in half.
  5. 5
    Scoop out yolk into a small bowl and mash with fork adding mayonnaise, salt, mustard, pepper, relish.

    Mix well.

    Put some mixture into the center of each egg half and sprinkle with paprika.

    Refrigerate.
