- 6 eggs
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 2 tbsp. pickle relish
- dash paprika
Directions

1Boil eggs quickly covered.

2Let eggs stand in hot water off stove for 15 minutes,

3Then run cold water over the eggs to cool them down.

4Peel the eggs and cut lengthwise in half.

5Scoop out yolk into a small bowl and mash with fork adding mayonnaise, salt, mustard, pepper, relish.

6Mix well.

7Put some mixture into the center of each egg half and sprinkle with paprika.

8Refrigerate.
