- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 4 Tbsp. soft butter (or melt)
- 1/4 lb. grated American cheese
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Blend together cocoa, butter and cheese.

2Mix well and add sugar, nuts and vanilla.

3Mix thoroughly and shape into long rolls.

4Put in waxed paper and let set.

5When ready to serve, slice into 1/4-inch pieces.

6Makes 18 to 24 servings.
