Peach Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 2 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. frozen peaches pureed

Directions

    Sprinkle gelatin over milk in a saucepan and let stand for 1 minute.

    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves.

    Remove from heat.

    Add sugar and salt, stirring until sugar dissolves.

    Stir in yogurt, vanilla and peaches.

    Cover and chill.

    Pour mixture into can of a 4-quart freezer.

    Freeze according to freezer instructions.
