- 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/8 c. gluten flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Sift together all the flours, blend well; mix all dry ingredients with flours.

2Then add the egg, slowly stirring in the milk, plus the butter for a stiff batter.

3Spoon into well-greased muffin tins.

4Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes.
