Dijon Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts, cut and browned with onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 c. noodles, cooked (I use egg noodles)

Directions

    Cook noodles.

    Brown chicken and onions.
  3. 3
    When brown and tender, remove only chicken from skillet.
  4. 4
    Put in mustard, parsley, soup and milk.
  5. 5
    Heat for 5 minutes, then return chicken and heat through.
