- 1 large Bermuda onion
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed or dill seed
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- liquid no calorie sweetener (6 tsp.) or 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Peel and cut onion into thin crosswise slices.

2Separate into rings.

3Place in small bowl. Combine vinegar, water, salt, dill weed and sugar in saucepan.

4Heat to boiling.

5Pour over onion rings; cover tightly and chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors. The liquid can be reheated and used on another onion.
