  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) turkey breast with bone
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1/4 c. green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. dill
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Place turkey in a glass baking dish.

    In a small bowl combine all remaining ingredients; spread over turkey.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Remove turkey, reserve marinade.

    Grill turkey, covered, over medium-hot coals, basting often with marinade, for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until juices run clear or internal temperature reaches 170°.
