- 1 pkg. yeast, softened in 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Combine in mixing bowl with yeast the cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, baking soda and egg.

2Stir in flour. Cover and let rise 60 minutes.

3Stir down; turn into buttered casserole dish and let rise (approximately 25 minutes).

4Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350°.

5Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt. Serve hot or cooled.
