  • 1 can black-eyed peas
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 3 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro or parsley, chopped

Directions

    Place peas in colander; rinse with water and drain.
