- 2 ducks, cut up
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Season the duck; melt butter in large skillet.

2Flour duck and fry until brown on each side.

3Remove from pan and cook onion and celery in drippings until tender.

4Return duck to pan and add cream.

5Cover.

6Cook over low heat about 1 hour or until tender.
