- 2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Measure and sift dry ingredients into bowl.

2Add melted butter, eggs and vanilla; beat until smooth.

3Fold in nuts.

4Pour into greased and floured 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes in 350° oven.

5Cool 5 minutes and frost.
