  • 1 packages Dried fruits (cranberry or raisin)
  • 1 Nuts (optional)
  • 1 Chocolate bar (milk or white)
  • 1 dash Liqueur (optional)
  • 200 ml Heavy cream (or soy-based heavy cream)
  • 35 grams Sugar

Directions

    Put the dried fruit in a container and soak it in the favoring liqueur.

    Chop the chocolate bar and nuts finely.

    Line a pound cake mold with a sheet of parchment paper.

    Beat the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.

    Add the dried fruits from Step 1 into the whipped cream.

    Pour the Step 4 mixture into the pound cake mold, chill in the freezer until firm, and it's done.
