- 1 packages Dried fruits (cranberry or raisin)
- 1 Nuts (optional)
- 1 Chocolate bar (milk or white)
- 1 dash Liqueur (optional)
- 200 ml Heavy cream (or soy-based heavy cream)
- 35 grams Sugar
Directions

1Put the dried fruit in a container and soak it in the favoring liqueur.

2Chop the chocolate bar and nuts finely.

3Line a pound cake mold with a sheet of parchment paper.

4Beat the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.

5Add the dried fruits from Step 1 into the whipped cream.

6Pour the Step 4 mixture into the pound cake mold, chill in the freezer until firm, and it's done.
