Easy Chicken Adobo

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs (bone in, skin on) or 1 lb chicken breast (bone in, skin on)
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar (I like to use Marukan)
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon peppercorn
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 garlic clove (crushed and chopped)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
Directions

1Wash chicken well.

2Put all ingredients into a medium to large cooking pot.

3Let chicken soak in pot for 30 minutes.

4Turn stove to medium heat, and bring ingredients to a boil.

5Let boil, without stirring, for 30 minutes.

6Turn heat to low, and let simmer for 15 minutes longer, or until chicken is cooked through.
