Easy Delicious Pork Teriyaki Rice Bowl

  • 100 grams Thinly sliced pork
  • 1 tsp Katakuriko
  • 1 to 2 leaves Lettuce of cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp each Mayonnaise and sugar
  • 2/3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 bowlful Plain steamed rice

Directions

    Season the pork with salt and pepper (not listed) and dust with katakuriko.

    Mix the ingredients.

    Finely julienne the lettuce or cabbage leaves, and put on top of the rice.

    Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork.

    Add the combined sauce ingredients.

    When the sauce has thickened pour everything on top of the rice and lettuce or cabbage to finish.

    I tried this with thickly sliced pork belly also.

    It's more filling and great for bentos too.
