Ingredients
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 large cottage cheese
- 1 (15 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 32 ounces spaghetti sauce
- salt and pepper
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Spray bottom and sides of 9 X 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.

3Layer noodles on bottom of pan.

4Mix all ingredients except Mozzarella cheese and parsley flakes.

5Pour over noodles.

6Top with cheese and parsley flakes.

7Bake 1 hour.

8Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes or more to thicken up.
