Easy Parmesan Chicken

- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 salt and pepper
- 2 lb chicken cutlets(I use breasts)
- 2 eggs
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce(your choice of flavor)
- 1 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 8 oz shredded mozzeralla
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Combine flour with 1/2 tsp.

3Salt and 1/4 pepper.

4In a bowl beat together eggs and 2 tbsp.

5Water.

6Add bread crumbs to a separate dish and sit aside.

7Dredge chicken in flour, dip into egg mixture then place in bread crumbs.

8And place in skillet with oil and cook till golden brown.

9Pour half of spaghetti sauce into casserole dish sprayed with Pam and place chicken.

10Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

11Bake until hot and cheese is bubbling, about 25 minutes(may take longer depending on thickness)
