- peaches
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 5 slices white bread
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick butter or oleo
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Slice enough peaches to cover a buttered 8-inch square pan.

3Cut crust from bread and cut each slice into 5 fingers.

4Place bread over fruit.

5In mixing bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and butter.

6Pour over fruit.

7Bake 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
