- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (10.1 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Strawberry Jelly Powder
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups sliced strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip 95% Fat Free Whipped Topping, divided

1Beat cream cheese spread and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.

2Add boiling water to jelly powder in small bowl; stir 2 min.
