  • 1 lb broccoli floret
  • 1 lb cauliflower floret
  • 12 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 large red pepper, cut into 1/2 -inch strips
  • 12 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 13 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions

    Add broccoli, califlower and beans to a saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 minutes or until vegetables are bright in colour and crisp-tender.

    (Do not overcook).

    Drain immediately; rinse with very cold water.

    Drain well.

    Place in a large serving bowl.

    Add peppers, dressing and cheese; toss to coat.
