Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced ham (or whatever meat you want)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350

2Crack eggs into large mixing bowl and beat.

3Add milk, mix until smooth.

4Add spices.

5I use about a 1/2 tsp of each spice.

6*Note: you can add whatever you would like i.e.

7hot sauce or different seasonings.

8These are super versatile* :)

9Grease a standard size muffin pan.

10I use pam.

11Divide diced ham (or meat of preference) evenly in each spot.

12Then a layer of shredded cheese.
-
13Take a 1/3 cup measuring scoop and put a full scoop of the egg mixture in each muffin slot.

14Should fill almost to the top or be at the top.

15Bake at 350 in the middle of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

16Insert knife or toothpick should come out clean.

17Let cool and enjoy.

18Or pack in bags and refrigerate for grab and go breakfasts.

19To reheat just microwave 30-60 seconds :)
